Following on from the success of JB Leitch's first office the expanding solicitors commissioned Snook to refurbish an empty warehouse which they had purchased close to their first office [which Snook had also designed]. The project included a new reception and staircase, new main office space and staff facilities [shower area, toilets, kitchen and break out space]. Snook undertook all aspects of the design including the services and detail design of fixed furniture. A contemporary and highly serviced office space has been created in what was until recently a redundant industrial Victorian warehouse.
