The refurbishment of a city centre estate agent in Liverpool. The design included a complete reassessment of how the agents worked. This resulted in the old notion of the brochure and printed advertising board being discarded to be replaced with digital advertising screens, internet stations and advertising TV's in the window. The project included a new much larger front elevation, new reception area, casual and formal meeting areas and new office space for staff. Snook designed every aspect of the scheme including all fitted furniture.
